Esme launches bold Q1 Go-Getters campaign

We’re thrilled to have developed esme’s Q1 campaign, ‘Go-Getters’, which launches this week. Business loan company, esme, needed to stand out from the crowd and be seen as a credible alternative to the status quo. That’s where we came in.

While the majority of business loan products focus on growth in their advertising, in reality only one in five business owners want a loan in order to grow their business. Because of this, we wanted to tap into something that all small and medium business owners have in common: they don’t wait for opportunities to come to them, they make them happen. They’re go-getters. That’s why they started their own business in the first place.

Out of this insight, we created the esme hare – a cypher for the go-getting, agile, brave business owner we want to attract. Quick-thinking and always on the go, the esme hare bounds across print and online advertising, bringing memorable warmth, energy and positivity to an otherwise serious and functional market.

And to make sure esme’s Q1 campaign was talking the language of the business owner, we showed a range of creative messages to over 300 SMEs across the UK – and only took to market the ones that most resonated with them.

We’re proud to have played a part in this distinctive and arresting campaign, and we can’t wait to see what the esme hare does next!
